Kapil Sood
Kapil is charged with guiding the overall vision, strategy and business development of Radicle. He has over 24 years of experience with a proven track record of managerial and entrepreneurial success. He has led many large national engagements stretching over multiple years serving clients in various industries. Before Radicle, he was a Sr. Vice President of Xpedior and was instrumental in developing and implementing strategy for growth in critical Asia/Pacific region. Prior to Xpedior, he was with Metamor, where he led the growth of Metamor Technologies from a 2 person firm to a dominant IT firm in the Midwest with $70MM annual revenues. He earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. He also holds an MBA degree from University of Chicago.

Sujay Pidara 
Sujay's responsibilities include business operations and client service. He has over 16 years of comprehensive experience in leading and executing complex e-business and client-server solutions for Fortune 100 clients in HealthCare, Financial Services and Retail. He has a proven track record of delivering on time and quality multi-million dollar solutions using methodology and structured analysis. Prior to Radicle, he worked as a Director of program management with Sapient and as a Director of delivery and technology with Metamor/Xpedior. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from B.M.S. College (Bangalore University) and his Masters degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. As a graduate student, he was member of Upsilon Pi Eplison.
