Radicle’s Offshore BPO - Accounting Services practice offers the following services:

• Accounting operations. Radicle will transition and perform specific accounting operations offshore. Examples include, but are not limited to, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Asset Accounting, Payroll, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, etc. Note that complete processes do not necessarily need to be performed offshore. For example, in some of the above categories, the client may wish to perform only a specific function – data entry – offshore.
• Tax Preparation. Radicle staff which includes fully qualified accountants will create tax returns using the software package of the client’s choice. We have experience with both Individual and Corporate income tax returns. Tax returns prepared have varied in complexity. Typical returns have approximately 50 pages of supporting documents and require 3-4 hours to prepare. However, we also have experience with simple returns requiring 15-30 minutes to prepare. While we are committed to supporting any software package required by the client, our team’s current experience includes Pro System Fx, Pro Series, Lacert, Tax Works and Tax Wise.
• Write Up Jobs. Have client accounting history information in a “shoe box”? Let Radicle complete write up jobs to bring you up to date.
  Do you choose not to offer bookkeeping/write up services because they are too low margin? Let Radicle leverage its offshore processing to make it cost effective for your client and profitable for you.
  
  Radicle’s offshore team will use the Chart of Accounts created by you to perform write up jobs on the system of your choice. This includes activities such as Bank Reconciliations, Preparation of Financial Statements, etc. You focus on the difficult task of client management and upfront design (i.e. creation of the Chart of Accounts, setting up of rules, etc.). We can perform the bookkeeping activities.
