What we do - -> Offshore
BPO-BPO Consulting
BPO Consulting services are performed “on
shore” only. Radicle’s highly experienced senior staff – including
principals of the firm – work closely with clients to identify potential
efficiencies that may be effected in their operations through the use of
offshore BPO. Radicle will analyze existing processes, determine
modifications required to enable components to be performed offshore,
identify enabling technologies, etc
BPO Consulting services include, but
are not limited to:
- Offshore BPO Assessment. Radicle will examine key client
business processes and technologies to quantify the benefits that may be
achieved from offshore BPO and, where required, the costs associated with
upgrading the existing technology infrastructure to one that supports
offshore BPO.
- Awareness Building. Radicle will conduct sessions to increase
the awareness of the potential of the rapidly emerging Offshore BPO
phenomenon amongst client executive teams.
- Process Analysis. Through extensive use of JAD sessions and
independent analysis, Radicle will develop a list of “candidate processes”
that may benefit from offshore processing. Broad estimates of potential
cost reductions will be provided as part of this analysis.
- Business Case. A business case for offshore
processing will be developed for the specific process under
consideration. This requires identification of modifications that may be
required to an existing process, determination of enabling technologies,
documentation of risks, etc.
- Vendor Selection. Radicle will work with clients to
identify potential partners that the client can work with to perform
offshore processing. Factors unique to the client such as their growth
plans, projected volumes, geographical dispersion, propensity for risk,
etc. shall be taken into account in selecting the appropriate partner.
- Incubation. Radicle’s offshore facilities may be
used to incubate a business process offshore. Once the transition issues
are well understood and addressed and offshore processing is generally
well received with the organization, clients can, should they so require
it, choose to transition to another vendor.
