Radicle’s IT Advisory Service Line consists of the following practices:

• Offshore Strategy

  While the specific tasks in such an engagement vary depending upon client needs, some of the issues explored include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessment of client's competitive strengths and product lines. Recommendations of services that can be offered to minimize cannibalization of existing services.
  • Identification of potential offshore Business Processing services that the client could use to significantly expand market share
  • Evaluation of current development methodologies for suitability in an offshore environment.
  • Development of an economic model to demonstrate the benefit of an offshore presence. This can be used subsequently in negotiating alliances with potential partners.
  • Development of capabilities required in potential offshore strategic partner(s)/acquisition target(s). Identification and evaluation of potential partner(s)/acquisition target(s).
  • Incubation of offshore facility for clients who may want to create a captive offshore facility - i.e. Build Operate Transfer (B.O.T.)

   

• Advisory Consulting

Radicle advisory consulting are offered “on shore” only. Our highly experienced, well qualified senior staff – including principals – assist clients with critical Process and Technology related issues.

Advisory Consulting offered include, but are not limited to:

• IT Assessments.  Radicle’s consultants will help you determine if your complete IT Infrastructure, or a specific part of it, is consistent with your strategic goals.
• Process Improvement and Functional Analysis.  Processes are analyzed in conjunction with supporting IT applications. This review leads to identification of new processes/required modification to existing processes and high level functional requirements for associated IT applications.
• Package/Vendor Evaluations.  We will work with your team to document requirements, evaluate packages and perform the appropriate gap analysis.
• Review Services. If you would like “another set of experienced eyes” to validate the outputs of a phase in the software development lifecycle, Radicle can assist you with our Review Services. Our consultants will operate as experts within your teams and participate in the review process for phases such as Technical Architecture.
