IT services. Radicle’s staff has extensive experience with software development using Microsoft and Java based technologies. Consistent with our philosophy, we have a flexible approach to software projects. Based on client needs, Radicle’s team will work as part of a larger client team. Alternatively, Radicle also has experience in delivering projects “soup to nuts”. That is, our teams work independently with Radicle committing to specified project deliverables.

Business Process Outsourcing. With the ever increasing pressure to increase the bottom line, business process outsourcing is fast catching up in the health care industry. Other industries like finance and travel have already taken the lead and moved their business processes offshore. Now is the turn of the health care industry and accounting services industry. With the industry expertise and offshore facilities, Radicle is very well positioned to help the healthcare industry and accounting services industry to take the step to offshore business process outsourcing. 

Global Development Approach. In keeping with industry trends, Radicle offers clients the opportunity to leverage low-cost offshore development resources located at its New Delhi, India offices. However, unlike other competitors, Radicle is a US centric firm. That is, we do not propose offshore development as a panacea for all ills. Rather, our approach is to propose a development approach that is consistent with the client’s view of risk-reward and specific project needs. As an example, a client embarked on a fast track project where completion date was at significant risk. Radicle recommended that the complete project be implemented by its on shore teams. Similarly, for other projects where the client was more concerned about budget and project deliverables were better defined, Radicle has successfully performed development offshore.

In our experience, even where development is performed offshore, a critical ingredient for success is to ensure that the Define phase and the Technical Architecture component of the Design phase are performed onshore, as is the Project Management task. Thus, rather than throw a project across the ocean, Radicle’s approach is to leverage offshore resources judiciously, using its methodology and senior, onshore project managers to tightly control project progress and deliverables.
